I'm still catching up due to Disney, a ton of pictures, and general laziness that encompassed October. We had a lot of great fall days and weekends last month in Arlington. This post will cover some of those things and also just get caught up on the rest of the pictures I wanted to share from last month. The first couple are from the Arlington Depot Square from a few Saturdays ago when we went to the Farmer's Market after Drew's soccer game that day. We got some pumpkins and other fall decorations that day. Also, we had the annual Pancake Breakfast Day at the Arlington Fire Station, which was the same weekend as the Arlington BBQ Fest and another day that Drew had soccer. You can see Drew below eating some pancakes and sausage and then Drew and Katie checking out a fire truck. Further down is Drew getting his Disney t-shirt that we gave him to let him know that we were going on our trip. Then him and Katie are opening some shirts that she had gotten him to wear on the trip. We also had a fire in our fire pit one night and Drew sat outside on the computer playing games all night. There's other fall fun, including Drew and I still playing baseball in the backyard, Allie trying to eat grass, a huge spider that had made a huge web on the side of our house which caught a bug that he's preparing for dinner, Drew showing off his schoolwork, Allie being upset, and another belt test at karate. Towards the bottom you can see Drew giving Allie the present we brought her from Disney, a Sully doll that she absolutely loves. Lastly, Drew is finally big enough to wear some scrubs that we got for him before he was even born I think. He has been all about playing doctor lately, keeping his pager close by and taking care of a lot of sick kids, most of which have colds and have eaten socks. It's usually up to Dr. Dad to remove the socks, which involves a very long hospital stay of up to 20 weeks sometimes. If you can believe it I still have two more October posts left, Halloween and one on my mom. Both coming soon.
