Taking Candy from a Baby

Drew had a great time trick-or-treating last week. Unfortunately for him Dad managed to take all of his candy away and has been enjoying it for himself. Drew did really good walking at first, but less than halfway through he wanted to be carried and did not want to walk much more. He also had a little trouble with the whole saying "trick-or-treat" thing, saying it right after we rung the doorbell before the people answered, if he said it at all. He didn't give out a lot of thank you's either. He did manage to tell just about everyone bye bye. After going around the neighborhood, we went up to a trunk or treat at a church here in Arlington where Drew had fun dancing and seeing the other kids in costume. Drew enjoyed being Pouncer for Halloween and the football game, although with the tiger head on a lot of people thought he was a girl for some reason. Who would dress their little girl up as a tiger? A crazed U of M fan perhaps, but even so I doubt Katie would ever allow it.
