Drew and I decided to play with his trucks this afternoon because that's what boys do. Only once we got started he didn't really want me playing with them all that much. Instead he started lining them up as you can see in the pictures below. Somewhere there are pictures of me as a little boy lining up my cars and GI Joe men on our couch. Katie says that Drew is already showing signs of being OCD like his dad, sighting this as a prime example. Another example is that lately he has to have any kind of food in a wrapper or peel be just the way he wants it when you hand it to him. We have since aimed to eliminate his knowledge of any kind of wrappers. I have always liked things to be just the way I want them. I think it is one trait that almost all doctors have. It's part perfectionist and part stubbornness. Also below you can see Drew enjoying some leftover chili from last night. At some point he abandoned his spoon and decided he could do better by just turning up the bowl. Drew loved the snow from this morning and went around saying "snow" all afternoon. We went out in it for a few minutes this afternoon, but he wanted to put his hat and gloves on again later tonight. His hat is a little bear and he would pull it down over his face and act like he was a bear and he was getting us. He's a mess, but it's all part of a fun night with the family.
